Save workflows as templates and share them

Save the edits you’ve made as a template in your account, then apply it to any PDF later with one click. Your saved templates sit at the bottom of the Workflow panel. Share one by typing another WorkflowPDF user’s email: it lands straight in their templates, with your name on it.

• Apply a template on its own, or add it to the edits you already have
• Rename, download or delete templates whenever you like
• Imported workflow files now put every edit back exactly where it was made

Split a PDF into one file per page

Upload a PDF full of tickets or badges and the editor offers to split it into one PDF per page, so each one can be edited, named and exported on its own. The new Split button on the left does the same for any PDF with more than one page.

Highlight, draw and add shapes

Mark up a PDF without leaving the editor. Highlight, underline or strike through text, add rectangles, circles, lines and arrows, or draw freehand.

• Whiteout and redact are now clearly separate: one hides, the other removes the text underneath

Replace text, not just cover it

Edited text is now rewritten inside the PDF itself, so the old words are really gone, and copying or searching the file finds the new ones.

Your PDF library

PDFs you work on are saved to your library, so you can pick up where you left off on any device.

Edited text lines up with the original

Replacement text now sits on the same baseline and at the same size as the text it replaces, and whiteouts grow on export to fully cover what’s underneath.
